Mega Bharti - Job Opportunity for Smart Employment Card registered members to work in corporate from their home. The opportunity is open across India for candidate fulfilling below Eligibility Criteria. Please read complete details carefully before you process online application.

Eligibility Criteria

• The Candidate Age should be above 18 years
• The Candidate should be min. 12th Pass.
• The Candidate should have Smart Employment Card registration.
• The Candidate should have own Computer / Laptop with highspeed internet connectivity
• The Candidate should know min 2 languages Hindi / English / Marathi / Tamil / Telgu.
• Refundable Deposit of Rs. 1,000/- to be paid if shortlisted, it will be refunded back once selection done.

Job Description.

1. The selected candidate's role would be to chat with the customers, resolving there issues, escalating issues to the higher authority, transferring the chat to the technical or support help desk etc.
2. This would be a fix shift from 10 Am to 6Pm Monday to Friday, and the logging time would be 8 hours a day with 1 hour as a break time. Saturday would be half shift of 4 hours from 10 am to 2 Pm.
3. The candidate need to have computer/desktop or even a smart phone would do provided if they assure us that it would be used only for the working purpose, Fast Internet and a Headphone.

Salary : Rs. 20,000/- Per Month (Shall be paid Rs. 5,000/- on Every Week)

Selection Process

1. Step 1 - Candidate have to fill below application form and submit.
2. Step 2 - Shortlisted Candidate shall get the call to pay for Security Deposit of Rs. 1,000/- (The fees is taken for document verification by 3rd party. This will be refunded once joined for job. )
3. Step 3 - Telephonic Interview Round, Then Personal Interview through Zoom Meeting for Final Round.
4. Step 4 - Selected Candidate will undergo with online training of One Week. (Stipend shall be provided Rs. 5,000/- during training period)
5. Step 5 - Actual Joining after successful training.
